Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Trainer to conduct offline classroom training. The ideal candidate should have prior experience delivering classroom-based training and be capable of engaging learners through interactive teaching methods, practical sessions, and effective learner management.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging offline classroom training sessions
- Conduct practical demonstrations and interactive learning activities
- Guide and mentor learners throughout the training program
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve learner queries and ensure a positive classroom learning experience
- Coordinate with the academic team to improve training quality




- Maintain attendance records, learner progress, and training reports
- Continuously enhance training delivery and learning outcomes

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as an Offline Trainer (Classroom Training is mandatory)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Robust classroom management and learner engagement abilities
- Ability to handle batches independently
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred
