Trainer – Dharma Life Entrepreneur (DLE) Capacity Building
We are looking for an experienced Trainer to conduct classroom and field-based training for rural women entrepreneurs (DLEs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct induction, refresher and capacity-building training.
- Train on entrepreneurship, sales, product knowledge, digital literacy and communication.
- Facilitate interactive and practical learning sessions.
- Provide coaching and field support to participants.
- Maintain training records, assessments and reports.
- Travel within assigned districts as required.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in training, facilitation, community mobilisation, sales training or rural development.
- Robust communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and the local language preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
