n Sush Essentials Pvt. Ltd. (SEREKO) is a Noida-based wellness start-up building a differentiated portfolio across Skincare and Nutraceuticals . SEREKO is India’s first Psychodermatology brand, focused on addressing the impact of mental stress on skin health.

n Role Overview
n We are looking for a commercially driven, hands-on E-commerce & Quick Commerce professional to own and accelerate SEREKO’s online business across leading marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.
n
n Key Responsibilities
n n Own monthly, quarterly and annual sales, GMV and profitability targets across Quick Commerce & E-commerce.
n Manage key platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other relevant channels.
n Develop account-wise growth strategies covering sales, assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility and new launches .
n Build and manage relationships with marketplace/category managers to drive placements, campaigns, visibility and commercial opportunities .
n Plan and execute promotional calendars, sale events, festive campaigns, offers, bundles and new product launches .
n Ensure optimum stock availability, catalogue accuracy, pricing, content, ratings,



reviews and product visibility .
n Track key metrics including GMV, revenue, orders, AOV, conversion, ROAS, contribution margin, inventory and campaign ROI .
n Prepare regular MIS, forecasts, business reviews and performance dashboards with actionable insights.
n Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, rankings and category trends to identify growth opportunities.
n Identify new E-commerce and Quick Commerce opportunities and drive channel expansion and business development .

n Experience & Skills
n n 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce Marketplace Sales .
n Experience in Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, FMCG, Wellness or Nutraceuticals preferred.
n Robust understanding of marketplace economics, promotions, pricing, inventory and online sales operations .
n Proficiency in MIS, Excel and e-commerce dashboards/analytics .
n Highly target-oriented, ownership-driven, entrepreneurial and execution-focused .
