n Role Overview
n ATLAS SkillTech University is seeking a dynamic and interdisciplinary faculty member to teach Environmental Studies & Sustainability alongside General Management courses. The ideal candidate will combine strong academic grounding with industry awareness, capable of connecting sustainability principles to real-world business practice and preparing students for careers in a rapidly evolving, ESG-driven economy.
n Key Responsibilities
n Design and deliver engaging courses in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, ESG, and core General Management subjects across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
n Develop curriculum, learning outcomes, assessments, and course material aligned with industry needs and academic standards.
n Integrate experiential, case-based, and project-based learning into teaching.
n Mentor and advise students on academic progress, projects, and career pathways.
n Contribute to research, publications, and thought leadership in sustainability and management.
n Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and capstone work.
n Participate in curriculum review, accreditation, and quality assurance processes.
n Engage with industry partners for guest lectures, live projects, internships, and placements.




n Contribute to the university's sustainability initiatives and interdisciplinary programs.
n Qualifications & Experience
n Ph.D. (or near completion) in Environmental Science/Studies, Sustainability, Management, or a related discipline. A Master's degree with strong industry/teaching experience may be considered.
n UGC/NET/SET qualification preferred (as applicable).
n Prior teaching experience at the university level; ability to teach across both sustainability and management domains.
n Publications in peer-reviewed journals will be an added advantage.
n Industry experience in sustainability, CSR, ESG, or corporate management is desirable.
n Skills & Attributes
n Strong command of both environmental/sustainability concepts and management fundamentals.
n Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills.
