Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and analytical MBA graduates to join our team as Product Manager – Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring product professionals to work closely with product leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders in building next-generation AI-powered accelerator platforms, products, and enterprise solutions.

The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in product strategy, customer research, market analysis, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management while contributing to innovative AI-driven products.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist Product Leaders in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
n
- Conduct customer research to understand user needs, business challenges, and pain points.
n
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
n
- Define and document use cases, user stories, and product requirements.
n
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with engineering teams.
n
- Work closely with highly skilled engineering teams developing AI-based platforms, products, and solutions.
n
- Support market research activities, including industry trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
n
- Collaborate with marketing teams on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
n
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
n
- Prepare presentations, reports, and product documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- MBA (2025 Pass-out or later) from a reputed Business School with a First-Class academic record.
n
- 0-1 year of experience in Product Management,



Business Analysis, Consulting, Technology Management, or related areas.
n
- Specialization in one or more of the following:
n
- IT Management/Information Systems Management/Technology Management/Digital Transformation/Analytics
n
- Robust understanding of product management concepts and methodologies.
n
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
n
- Ability to translate business problems into product requirements and use cases.
n
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Willingness to work from Chennai.
n

Preferred Skills

n

- Certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
n
- Understanding of:
n
- Generative AI (GenAI)
n
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
n
- Agentic AI
n
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
n
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
n
- Exposure to product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of enterprise software products and digital platforms.
n
- Strong business acumen with an innovation-driven mindset.
n

Relevant Experience Preferred

- Academic or internship projects related to Product Management, Business Analysis, AI, Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
n
- Exposure to customer research, market analysis, or competitor analysis.
n
- Experience preparing business cases, product presentations, or strategic recommendations.

- Participation in product management competitions, hackathons, innovation challenges, or startup initiatives.
n
- Experience working with cross-functional teams comprising business, technology, and marketing functions.
