Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function within our Client Solutions department. The role will be responsible for ensuring that AI-generated outputs and manual correction extraction meet client-defined quality standards. This individual will drive quality governance, process excellence, training, and team development while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

- Own and manage end-to-end quality assurance for client deliverables.
n
- Validate and monitor accuracy between AI-generated outputs and manual extraction processes.
n
- Ensure adherence to client quality commitments, SLAs, and accuracy targets.
n
- Identify quality gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
n
- Establish quality frameworks, audit mechanisms, and reporting dashboards.
n
- Collaborate with teams to improve quality outcomes and process efficiency.
n
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement industry best practices.
n




- Build and manage a scalable Quality team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
n
- Create and deliver training programs for recent hires and existing employees, with a focus on insurance-related processes and client requirements.
n
- Act as the primary quality escalation point and support AI tech discussions as needed.

Education and Skills

n

n
- 10-12 years of experience in Quality, Operations Excellence, or Process Governance.
n
- Strong experience in Insurance Operations, or related service environments.
n
- Demonstrated experience managing quality for AI-assisted and manual workflows.
n
- Proven people leadership experience, including building and scaling teams.
n
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Experience driving quality improvement and training initiatives.
n
- Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent quality certifications are preferred.
