We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead the Finance & Accounts function of a skincare manufacturing company. The role will oversee accounting, taxation, budgeting, MIS, audits, treasury, working capital, COGS, inventory, compliance, and business finance.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function and team.
n
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and Ind AS financial statements.
n
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and variance analysis.
n
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for management decision-making.
n
- Manage working capital, receivables, payables, treasury, and banking relationships.
n
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
n
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
n
- Monitor COGS, inventory, costs, margins, and profitability.
n




- Establish strong financial controls, policies, SOPs, and governance processes.
n
- Support the CEO/CFO with financial analysis for pricing, investments, expansion, and business decisions.
n

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- CA Qualified preferred.
n
- 8–10 years of Finance & Accounts experience.
n
- Experience managing finance teams and handling taxation, audits, budgeting, MIS, and cash flow.
n
- Manufacturing or growing-organisation experience is preferred.
n

Technical & Behavioural Skills

n

n
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, COGS & Inventory, and financial reporting.
n
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial analysis, and working capital.
n
- Strong Excel and ERP/accounting software knowledge such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Dynamics.
n
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under deadlines.
