We are looking for an accomplished Real Estate Private Loan Operations leader to join a high-growth portfolio company of one of the world’s leading investment groups.

n

This is a senior leadership chance for a professional with deep expertise in real estate private credit, syndicated loans and structured loans, combined with the leadership maturity to build scalable, controlled and high-performing operations for a global platform.

You will work closely with U.S. leadership and take ownership of India-based execution across Large Balance Commercial Loans and Small Balance Commercial Loan Pools. Lead a multi-functional team of approximately 20-25 professionals, including managers and senior individual contributors, and translate global business priorities into high-quality operational execution.

Key Responsibilities/ Ownership:

- Real estate private loan onboarding and setup
n
- Syndicated loan and structured loan operations
n
- Loan servicing and administration workflows
n
- Reconciliations across systems, servicers and counterparties
n
- Portfolio and deal-level analytics
n
- Small Balance Commercial loan pool operations
n
- Data validation, remittance reconciliation and exception management
n
- Month-end reporting and portfolio analytics
n
- Operational controls, documentation and audit readiness
n




- Capacity planning, performance management and team development
n
- Process transformation, scalability and continuous improvement
n
- Stakeholder management across U.S. leadership, portfolio management, servicers, banks and other external counterparties

Key Requirements:

n

n
- 13-19 years of experience in real estate private credit, loan operations, investment operations, asset management, finance or closely related financial services environments.
n
- Mandatory experience in syndicated loans and structured loans.
n
- Strong leadership experience managing 15–25+ professionals, including managers and senior individual contributors.
n
- Proven expertise in real estate private loan operations, including loan onboarding, servicing, reconciliations and operational reporting.
n
- Strong understanding of loan structures, operational workflows and the complexities involved in managing private and structured credit portfolios.
n
- Experience managing relationships with loan servicers, banks, custodians, brokers and other external counterparties.
n
- Strong understanding of operational controls, governance, documentation and process scalability.
n
- Experience partnering with U.S.



or global stakeholders across time zones.
n
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
n
- A hands-on leadership mindset with the ability to balance control, accuracy, speed and scalability.
n
- Exposure to financing facilities, secured funding arrangements, pooled commercial loan strategies, portfolio management reporting, valuation, liquidity or treasury operations will be an added advantage.
