1) Consulting Engagement Execution:

n

• Achieve successful execution of consulting engagements by providing expert guidance and support in instructional design initiatives.

n

• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality implementation of instructional design solutions for clients.

n

• Apply learning theories and models in training design.

n

2) Proposal Development and Research:

n

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop design recommendations for proposals.

n

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create compelling, cutting-edge instructional design solutions aligned with client needs.

n

• Spearhead the development of POCs for new projects and accounts, demonstrating the effectiveness and feasibility of instructional design solutions.

n

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative prototypes that address client requirements.

n

3) Course/Product Audits:

n

• Conduct comprehensive audits of courses and products to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with instructional design standards.

n

Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance the quality and impact of learning materials.

n

•Design curriculum, create training macro and micro designs, create training materials, and write functional specifications documents (FSD).

n

4) Leadership in Learning Experience Design:

n

n

• Lead projects as the senior learning experience designer, providing high-level design input and leveraging a consultative approach to meet customer objectives.

n





• Mentor and guide team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining a focus on instructional design excellence.

n

• Collaborate with multi-stakeholder teams to develop diverse learning solutions.

n

• Demonstrate interdisciplinary knowledge, cross-cultural competency, and expertise in design principles and practices.

n

• Deep understanding of the edtech industry.

n

•Experience working with school districts, colleges, university to design program level courses, as well as workforce development trainings.

n

•Ensure quality deliveries.

n

n

5)Stakeholder & Management:

n

•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective learning solutions aligned with business objectives.

n

•Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment on project expectations, timely feedback incorporation, and successful delivery of instructional design solutions.

n

•Work closely with clients and business leaders to understand learning requirements, provide consultative recommendations, and ensure delivery of high-quality learning experiences.

n

•Handle stakeholder escalations, manage changing project requirements, and ensure smooth coordination between design, content, and delivery teams while maintaining quality standards.

n

6) Thought Leadership:

n

• Contribute to Academian‘s thought leadership by writing articles and posts on instructional design trends, best practices, and innovations.

n

• Contribute to developing the company‘s social media strategy and plan.

n
