We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable & eCommerce Claims Specialist to join our growing team in India. This role is ideal for someone who understands both traditional accounts receivable processes and the unique challenges of eCommerce accounting.

n

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large data sets, and experienced in investigating payment discrepancies, deductions, chargebacks, returns, claims, and retailer account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage the complete accounts receivable process
n
- Monitor customer balances and aging reports
n
- Reconcile invoices, payments, credits, and deductions
n
- Research and resolve retailer claims and payment discrepancies
n
- Investigate chargebacks, shortages, returns, damaged shipments, and deductions
n
- Review and reconcile marketplace transactions from Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair, Walmart, and other eCommerce platforms
n
- Prepare and submit claims for reimbursement
n
- Track open claims and follow up until resolution
n
- Work with internal teams, warehouses, retailers, and vendors to resolve disputes
n
- Analyze sales, returns, deductions, and payment data
n
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
n
- Prepare weekly and monthly accounts receivable reports
n
- Identify process improvements to reduce future deductions and unresolved claims
n

Required Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
n
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or financial operations
n
- Experience with eCommerce accounting and retailer claims
n
- Strong knowledge of invoice reconciliation and accounts receivable processes
n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and data analysis
n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central
n
- Experience with Home Depot, Wayfair, Walmart, or other major retail platforms
n
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
n
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies
n
- Familiarity with inventory reconciliation and supply chain operations
n
