ITC Infotech is hiring Presales Consultant (Cloud)- Pune.

Job Overview:

n

The person will work closely with the sales, service lines , COEs and delivery teams to understand client needs/RFP asks and take ownership for the RFP/bid responses, The Presales Consultant will be responsible for responding to RFPs related to Digital Work Place services, Infrastructure services ( Network, Storage, Backup, Cloud and Data Center), Field Services. Cloud Services( AWS, Azure, GCP).

Job Location: Pune.

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Develop and maintain collaterals related to the pre-sales activities – capability presentations, case studies, RFP response templates, RFP repository.
n
- Responsible for responding to RFI/RFP/proactive proposal/capability docs requirements, working closely with sales and delivery teams.
n
- Ownership to prepare the timelines plan and drive the pre-sales activities
n
- Understand the customer requirements and develop technical proposal/solution in infrastructure areas such as Cloud Managed Services, Cloud Migrations and Transformations (AWS, Azure, GCP), Field Services, Service Desk, Digital Workplace, Data Center Managed Services, Network management services etc.
n
- Work with subject matter expert to get the end-to-end solution.
n




- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to build the RFP/RFI/RFQ response and able to understand the business requirements, work closely with delivery teams to document the solutions
n
- Prepare technical presentation with custom solution for new prospects.
n
- Experience of leading large RFPs (> 5 mil USD in TCV) and working on different service lines –, Infrastructure services, Cloud services, Service Desk, infra support etc.
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
n
- Proven experience in a pre-sales role within the software services industry.
n
- Valuable understanding of Managed Services, Cloud, IT Infrastructure
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
n
- Proficient in MS office tools
n
- Experience in CRM and sales software tools.
n
- Experience in any of our chosen industry domains – BFSI, Mfg. & Retail, Travel & Hosp will be preferred
