Role Summary

Renwion Clean Enviro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Trainee Engineers to support rooftop solar Operations & Maintenance activities across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are eager to learn, travel, and build a long‑term career in the renewable‑energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in routine and preventive maintenance of rooftop solar PV systems.
- Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
- Conduct site inspections, performance monitoring, and basic electrical checks.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and rooftop access guidelines.
- Maintain daily reports, checklists, and documentation as per company standards.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth site operations.
- Travel to multiple client sites as required.

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, EEE, ECE, or related fields.




- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems or solar PV (preferred).
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
