Key Responsibilities
Candidate Onboarding & Compliance
- Process candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle by sending, tracking, and validating required documentation.
- Assist candidates in completing onboarding requirements, including:
- Work rights verification
- Police/background checks
- Medical clearances
- Mandatory training modules
- Registration requirements
- Banking details
- Tax documentation
- Superannuation details
- Reference checks
- Follow up with candidates to ensure all compliance requirements are completed within specified timelines.
Candidate Engagement
- Contact candidates to confirm readiness for placement once onboarding requirements have been completed.
- Clearly communicate job details, client requirements, and assignment information.
- Ensure candidates fully understand role expectations, compliance obligations, and onboarding requirements.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
Compliance & Data Accuracy
- Review documents carefully to ensure accuracy and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records within recruitment systems and databases.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, missing information, or potential compliance risks.
- Support the team in meeting strict turnaround times and service-level requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply).
