Roles & Responsibilities

- Customize, configure, and support Siebel CRM Trade Promotion Management (TPM) applications to meet business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Siebel CRM, Oracle databases, and enterprise applications .
- Develop and support data migration and ETL processes using Siebel EAI, EIM, Workflows, and Oracle PL/SQL .




- Manage and support Azure IaaS/PaaS services , including Azure SQL, Data Factory, Function Apps, and Key Vault.
- Participate in Siebel CRM and Oracle DB upgrade activities , including impact analysis, testing, and deployment support.
- Implement and maintain master data governance and data quality solutions across integrated systems.
- Provide L2/L3 production support , troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution within SLA timelines.
- Develop automation scripts using Shell, Cron, and PowerShell for monitoring and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to SOX compliance, security standards, and ITIL-based change and release management processes .
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure solution quality and stability.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, runbooks, and support guides.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Support CI/CD and deployment activities using GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps .
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance, proactively identifying and implementing improvements.
