ABOUT THE ROLE

Tracxn is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Program Manager to join our Business Strategy & Operations team for the EMEA region. Over time, you will take ownership of multiple programs, overseeing their outcomes from ideation to implementation including planning, execution, performance tracking, and iterating on initiatives that deliver value to our customers.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will ensure high-quality delivery of projects and key business metrics, while continuously identifying opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale how the department operates. This role operates on the EMEA shift, 2 pm to 11 pm IST, to overlap with the region we support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Execution

- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and address operational challenges promptly.
- Execute end-to-end high-impact, high-visibility programs that deliver key value to customers.
- Experiment with new ideas and processes to improve existing business metrics and reduce system defects.
- Continuously identify improvements, propose actionable solutions, and provide clear SOPs with effective team training.

Department Operations

- Actively seek opportunities to automate routine processes and enhance productivity.
- Analyze data and dive deep into processes to derive business-critical insights.




- Ensure compliance with SOPs while continuously seeking ways to improve.
- Establish operational procedures that ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability, while reducing inefficiencies across workflows.

Growth & Performance Monitoring

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess departmental performance.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting, and set up MISes and trackers to maintain visibility on performance.
- Escalate issues related to non-compliance or quality concerns.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2–4 years of experience in program management, business strategy, or operations.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize processes across multiple teams.
- Robust problem-solving skills with a focus on first-principles thinking.
- Ability to work closely with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Preferred: prior experience driving automation projects with technical or product teams.
- Preferred: prior experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
