The selected candidates will play a key role in gathering requirements from existing sites, validating them with site owners, and developing a comprehensive and executable migration plan. This role requires robust stakeholder management, technical understanding, and program coordination skills. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Collect and document detailed requirements from existing sites and stakeholders.

/n

- Collaborate with site owners and cross-functional teams to validate and finalize requirements.

/n

- Develop, manage, and publish a comprehensive migration plan covering scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

/n

- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

/n

- Ensure alignment between technical teams, business owners, and leadership.

/n

- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear, concise program updates.

/n





- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

/n

- Drive end-to-end program execution from planning through delivery.

/n /n Required Skills & Qualifications /n /n

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

/n

- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.

/n

- Strong understanding of technical systems, data flows, and migration processes.

/n

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirement-gathering skills.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.

/n

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‐solving capabilities.

- Experience with large-scale platform or data migrations.

- Background in working with distributed systems or enterprise environments.
