Designation: Test Manager- Corporate Banking /n Location: Dubai / Mumbai (On site) /n Experience: 12 years + /n Domain: Banking Domain is a must /n Role Summary: /n We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with a robust background in Corporate Banking and Quality Engineering to lead end-to-end testing initiatives across multiple banking projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in test management, automation strategy, stakeholder management, governance, and delivery execution. /n Mandatory Requirements: /n /n

- Minimum 12+ years of overall experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering, with at least 3 years in a Test Manager capacity.

/n

- Must have spent the last 4–5 years managing multiple Corporate Banking testing projects, with hands-on exposure to Corporate Internet Banking and Corporate Payments.

/n

- Strong functional experience across one or more of the following:

/n

- Corporate Internet Banking

/n

- Corporate Payments

/n

- Host-to-Host (H2H) Integrations

/n

- API Banking

/n

- Cash Management

/n

- Trade Finance (preferred)

/n

- Proven expertise in:

/n

- Test effort estimation





/n

- Test strategy and planning

/n

- Test execution governance

/n

- Risk and dependency management

/n

- Test metrics, reporting, and stakeholder communication

/n

- Strong understanding and practical application of QA processes, methodologies, defect management, and quality governance.

/n

- Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing automation strategy, with active involvement in automation project delivery within the last 2 years, including driving adoption, delivery, and measurable ROI.

/n

- Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working with tools such as JIRA for test and defect management.

/n

- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and team management skills.

- Experience working in GCC banking environments.

/n

- Exposure to Trade Finance and other Corporate Banking products.

/n

- Willingness to travel internationally based on project requirements.
