Position: Territory Sales Manager – Haifa Fertilizers Company: Agrifirst - Farmers First Location: Field-based across Rajasthan & Uttar Pradesh Type: Full-time About the Role Agrifirst is the authorized supplier of Haifa fertilizers. We're hiring a field sales qualified to grow Haifa sales across Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh — building the dealer network, winning growers and FPOs, and driving genuine, agronomy-led selling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Drive primary & secondary sales of Haifa fertilizers to growers, FPOs, and dealers/distributorsacross RJ & UP

- Appoint and manage dealer/distributor channel partners; expand market coverage
- Generate leads, conduct farm visits, product demos, and crop-nutrition advisory (crop, stage, fertigation)
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and manage collections
- Gather market intelligence — competitor activity, pricing, crop-wise demand




- Coordinate order fulfilment and maintain daily reporting in the company CRM/app REQUIREMENTS - 4–6 years of field sales experience in fertilizers / agri-inputs / crop nutrition (water-soluble/specialty preferred)
- Degree/diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Horticulture (or strong equivalent agri-sales experience)
- Existing dealer/farmer network in Rajasthan and/or Uttar Pradesh
- Fluent in Hindi; two-wheeler + valid licence; willing to travel extensively
- Comfortable using a smartphone app/CRM for reporting
- Plus: knowledge of fertigation, drip irrigation, protected cultivation, or horticulture crops WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive fixed salary + performance incentives
