Responsible for managing Home Delivery Operations (HDO) within the assigned territory, ensuring smooth service delivery, equipment recovery, team productivity, and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HDO operations.
- Drive broadband equipment and asset recovery.
- Track field team productivity and operational performance.
- Ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
- Lead and manage field teams to achieve productivity targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for operational excellence.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
Preferred Experience: 2-8 years of experience in Telecom, Broadband, ISP, Field Operations, or Service Delivery with team handling experience.
