Job Title: Territory Manager – Consumer Finance

Position Overview The Territory Manager – Consumer Finance is responsible for driving consumer finance business performance across mapped myG Future Stores by achieving business targets, strengthening financier relationships, and ensuring seamless finance operations. The role works closely with store teams, financiers, Sales RBMs, Business Development Managers, and internal stakeholders to maximize finance penetration, improve the customer financing experience, and ensure operational excellence.

The role is also responsible for increasing finance business contribution across Mobiles, TVs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, Laptops, and other consumer durables, while ensuring effective finance process management, manpower coordination, store-team capability development, scheme communication, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Business Performance & Target Achievement

- Achieve quarterly targeted business metrics including Share %, Finance Volume, Overall Finance Value, Card EMI Value, and other finance-related business targets.
- Develop and execute store-level finance sales plans to maximize business performance across mapped stores.
- Identify and drive incremental finance business opportunities across assigned stores.
- Monitor store-wise business growth and implement corrective actions for low-performing locations.
- Improve finance penetration across product categories including Mobiles, Televisions, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, Laptops, and allied products.

Financier & Stakeholder Management

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with financiers, OEM officials, Sales RBMs, Business Development Managers, and store stakeholders.
- Act as the primary interface between stores and financiers for smooth finance operations.
- Coordinate with financiers to ensure adequate manpower availability and productivity at stores.
- Conduct regular business review meetings with finance partners and internal stakeholders.




- Support escalation handling and dispute resolution related to finance customers and financiers.

Store Coordination & Operational Excellence

- Work closely with store teams to develop store-specific plans for finance business growth.
- Ensure stores dispatch finance disbursement documents within defined Turn Around Time (TAT).
- Monitor and manage finance operational processes across mapped stores.
- Act as the spokesperson for the Consumer Finance business within the assigned territory.
- Support smooth implementation of Consumer Finance processes during new store launches.

MIS, Reporting & Data Management

- Analyze daily finance business performance and prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly MIS reports.
- Provide micro-level business information and actionable insights to Stores, Sales Teams, Consumer Finance Leadership, and Management.
- Monitor pending finance cases and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports to relevant stakeholders.

Training & Capability Development

- Identify knowledge gaps among store employees regarding finance products and schemes.
- Conduct training and orientation programs to improve finance product understanding and selling capability.
- Ensure timely communication of finance schemes, offers, and process updates to store teams.
- Enhance store-level finance awareness to improve customer conversion and productivity.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Liaise and coordinate with Purchase, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Operations, and other internal departments for Consumer Finance-related requirements.
- Facilitate immediate operational support for smooth finance business execution.
- Ensure effective communication between store teams and management for finance-related activities.

Audit & Compliance





- Ensure all finance-related activities are performed in accordance with organizational policies and procedural requirements.
- Monitor adherence to finance SOPs, documentation requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Ensure ethical behavior, workplace discipline, and compliance with the Company Code of Conduct.
- Support internal audit requirements and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Qualifications

- Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate.
- Post Graduation is preferred.

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Consumer Finance or a related field.
- Experience in Consumer Finance, Retail Finance, Banking, Fintech, or related business environments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
