Role Overview

n

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Salesforce Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce transformation programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale Salesforce implementations involving integrations, data migrations, multiple stakeholder groups, and geographically distributed teams.

This role requires strong customer-facing skills, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and experience successfully delivering projects for US clients while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs and projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
n
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery governance.
n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based customers and executive stakeholders.
n
- Drive project planning, execution, status reporting, change management, and stakeholder communication.
n
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, QA teams, and integration teams.
n
- Manage large cross-functional project teams, including onsite, offshore, and vendor resources.
n
- Lead workshops, requirement discussions, solution reviews, and steering committee meetings.
n




- Ensure successful execution of Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation, Identity Management, and third-party platforms.
n
- Oversee data migration activities including planning, mapping, cleansing, validation, cutover, and post-production support.
n
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
n
- Drive adherence to project governance, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery best practices.
n
- Ensure successful project deployment and transition to support teams.
n
- Monitor project financials, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs.
n

Required Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
n
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Project Management experience.
n
- Strong experience delivering projects involving: Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce Experience Cloud
n
- Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce transformation and implementation projects.
n
- Experience leading project teams of 15+ resources, including business analysts, architects, developers, QA, and integration specialists.
n
- Strong experience managing US customers and distributed global delivery teams.
n
- Experience with Salesforce integration projects leveraging APIs, middleware, ETL tools,



and third-party systems.
n
- Solid experience managing complex data migration initiatives from legacy systems to Salesforce.
n
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
n
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred)
n
- PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
n
- Experience working with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar.
n
- Experience delivering projects in highly regulated or large enterprise environments.
n
