Job Description Dear Folks,
n We are looking for Lead Accounts Payable position.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Lead the Accounts Payable & Banking activities of the Company.
n Leadership skills to lead team size of 3-5 members.
n Responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and financial operations within the company.
n Daily Payment Batch run, review Advance payments & timely escalation handling
n Periodic Vendor Reconciliation (key requirement).
n 3 Way matching System PO, GRN & Invoice
n Well versed with (P2P) Procure to Payment cycle.
n GRN Based Purchase & Expenses Invoice booking.
n Statutory compliances - TDS, PF, PT, ESIC Payments and Return Filing.
n Should have comprehensive Knowledge of GST & TDS
n Should be well versed with Accounting Entries (key requirement).
n Running AP Reports,



Advance Reports, GRN reports from System for analysis.
n Manage and Monitor banking activities of the organization.
n Banking Operations (FD Creation, OD creation, Lien Removal, All banking Forms filling etc).
n ERP knowledge is an added advantage (JD Edwards, SAP & Navision preferred).
n n Reporting to : Finance Manager
n Location : Mumbai - Mahalaxmi
n Experience : 5+ years
n Educational Qualification:
n B.Com / CA Inter with 5 to 6 + yrs of experience in Accounts Payable.
n Have prior experience of leading a team of 3-4 people
