As the Field Service Engineer your prime objective is preventative maintenance for customers and a timely response for breakdowns. You will provide quality support and service for customers, using your excellent customer skills, you will build skilled relationships with a wide range of customers within the industry

Role Overview:
n
The incumbent will report to the Service Manager for South Asia.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Manage day-to-day field operations including planning of service visits, preventive maintenance visits.
n
- Act as an essential interface between end-users and internal support function by providing timely onsite technical assistance to customers.
n
- CMC/AMC revenue generation as per the revenue assigned.
n
- Install, upgrade, repair, and maintain devices covering North region.
n
- Identify the problems and provide technical support to customers.
n
- Manage the Service Territory including distributor's service FSE.
n
- Respond to service requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
n
- Maintain up to date customer information, technical files and appropriate databases.
n
- Provide timely and accurate reports as required from SFDC.
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n
- A bachelor's degree in B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Biomedical Engineering is preferred.
n
- Around 3 to 5 years of experience in the medical device industry.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
n
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
n
