Required Qualification: -
n
*Graduate in any stream AND
n
B2.2 level or above in any of these languages Portuguese or French
n
Diploma or advanced diploma in Portuguese or French Language from Delhi University or any other recognized university
n
OR
n
*Graduation in Portuguese or French from Delhi University or any other recognized university or equivalent
n
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
n
*Must be adaptable to work in different shifts depending upon business requirement
n
n
- Education:
n
- Bachelor's or master's degree (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, MA, MCom, etc.)
n
- No Engineering degree.
n

- SAP Readiness:
n
- Strong interest in learning SAP technologies
n
- Willingness to undergo SAP BASIS training and certification
n
- Ready to work in global support environments and rotational shifts if required
n
n
Key Responsibilities (Post‐Training / Initial Phase)
n
n
- Support incident and service request resolution
n
- Coordinate with functional and technical SAP stakeholders
n
- Work with global customers using foreign language skills
n
n
Learn cloud‐based SAP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP)
n
