Role & responsibilities

n

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Graphic Designers and Video Editors, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of creative assets.

n

• Allocate and prioritize work, monitor project timelines, and optimize team productivity.

n

• Review and approve graphic designs, videos, motion graphics, and creative concepts before final delivery.

n

• Design and oversee creatives for:

n

1. Social media campaigns

n

2. Digital marketing assets (banners, emailers, website creatives, landing pages)

n

3. Print media (brochures, flyers, standees, posters, branding collateral)

n

4. Corporate presentations and marketing materials

n

5. Event and promotional creatives

n

n

Required Skills & Competencies

n

• 7–8 years of experience in Graphic Design and creative content production.

n





• Minimum 3–4 years of experience leading and managing creative teams.

n

• Solid proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software such as

n

Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent).

n

• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, colour correction, typography, layout design, branding,

n

and visual storytelling.

n

• Ability to review, guide, and mentor both Graphic Designers and Video Editors while maintaining

n

quality standards.

n

• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

n
