Job Description

Qualification:

n

BE Mechanical with minimum 3 years' experience in the field or mechanical seals or rotary equipments (pumps, AMKR etc) and having exposure to selling industrial equipment in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical etc.

n

Job Responsibilities:

n

Selected Candidate will serve customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment and services. Travelling to customers spread across Mumbai Region.

n

Selected Candidate shall perform the following Job Duties:

n

n
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand and selling industrial equipment in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical etc.
n
- Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
n
- Establish recent accounts and service accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
n
- Determine improvements by analysing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment,



engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
n
- Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
n
- Submit offers by conferring with technical support staff.
n
- Develop customer's staff by providing technical information and training.
n
- Prepare sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
n
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
n
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
