Key purpose of the role:

Drive organization-wide strategic initiatives by translating business strategy into actionable projects, aligning stakeholders, defining success metrics, building cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution and delivery of strategic outcomes. This is a dedicated, full-time role.

- Drive successful completion of OKR projects, delivering measurable business impact and establishing robust business processes implementation

What key tasks will be involved?

Strategic Alignment

n

- Translate organizational strategy into a portfolio of strategic projects.
n
- Define objectives, success criteria, milestones, and implementation roadmaps.
n
- Ensure all initiatives are aligned to business priorities and growth goals.

Program Definition & Governance

n

n
- Establish project charters, timelines, budgets, and governance mechanisms.
n
- Develop OKRs and KPIs for each strategic initiative.
n
- Track progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
n

n

Cross-functional Collaboration

n

n
- Partner with functional heads to align priorities and resource allocation.
n
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams for strategic initiatives.
n
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve execution roadblocks.
n

Execution Excellence

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.
n
- Monitor benefits realization and business outcomes post implementation.
n
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
n

Strategic Reporting

n

n
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project health, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
n
- Develop executive dashboards and strategy review mechanisms.
n

Ideal Candidate Profile:

n

n
- 2–6 years of experience in strategic program/project coordination, business operations, strategy execution, or a similar strategy execution-focused role.
n
- Comfortable with tracking tools/dashboards (Excel/Tableau/ Power-Bi) - Exposure to PMO, consulting, or strategy/operations roles involving goal-tracking frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, balanced scorecards) is a plus - Exposure to the energy, biofuels, agri-commodities, or manufacturing sectors is a plus
