Job Title : Graphic Lead – Creative Design & Video Production Experience : 8–10 Years Location : Noida/Greater Noida Industry: Real Estate Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Overview : ACE Group is looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Lead who can drive innovative visual storytelling across digital, branding, and video platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in creative designing, AI-powered content creation, motion graphics, and premium campaign execution for real estate or lifestyle brands. Candidates with hands-on practical experience in AI creative tools and video generation platforms will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the overall creative direction for branding, digital campaigns, and marketing communication * Create high-impact visual concepts, campaign creatives, motion graphics, and premium marketing videos * Design and oversee brochures, presentations, hoardings, digital ads, social media creatives, and brand assets * Develop creative video concepts for launches, branding campaigns, walkthroughs, and social media promotions * Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, sales,



and leadership teams for campaign execution * Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline communication channels * Mentor and guide the creative design team for quality and innovation * Stay updated with latest design trends, AI creative technologies, and visual storytelling techniques Mandatory Tools Expertise (Practical Experience Required): * Kling AI * Figma * Claude * ElevenLabs * HeyGen * Veo * Sora AI Technical Skills Required: * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) * Strong experience in AI-generated creatives and video production * Expertise in motion graphics, cinematic storytelling, and branding campaigns * Strong understanding of digital marketing creatives and performance campaigns * Ability to handle multiple high-priority projects within deadlines Preferred Candidate Profile: * 8–10 years of experience in Creative Designing / Creative Video Production * Prior experience in Real Estate, Luxury, Architecture, or Lifestyle branding industry preferred * Strong portfolio showcasing premium design and video campaigns * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills * Creative thinker with strong conceptual and execution abilities
