Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager to manage and grow the Motor Insurance agency channel. The role involves handling POSP agents, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Meet and onboard potential POSP agents within assigned territories.

n

Manage and service existing POS agents to drive sales growth.

n

Handle customer queries and ensure quick and satisfactory resolution.

n

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes.

n

Conduct offline training and support for POSP agents.

n

Maintain and expand local agent network.





n

Achieve monthly sales targets.

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

n

Identify customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.

n

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

n

Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase business.

n

Eligibility Criteria:

n

Graduation in any stream.

n

1–3 years of experience in Insurance / Sales / Agency channel.

n

Basic knowledge of Motor & General Insurance.

n

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

n

Self-motivated and target-oriented individual.

n

Willingness to travel frequently.

n

Fluency in English and local language preferred.

n

Salary:

Salary will depend on interview performance and candidate experience.
