Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant tender opportunities, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to gather required technical and commercial information.

The Tendering

Specialist prepares and submits accurate, compliant proposals, maintains tender documentation, and tracks tender statuses and deadlines. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing tender requirements, liaising with procurement and sales teams, ensuring timely bid submission, updating tender databases,



and supporting negotiations and clarifications with clients or authorities. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, improving tender processes, and contributing to business growth through successful bids.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Tender Management and Procurement skills, including experience with government or institutional tenders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret tender documents, pricing structures, and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Proposal Writing skills to prepare explicit, accurate, and persuasive tender submissions.
- Relevant experience in medical devices, healthcare equipment, or allied industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines are important.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender portals is an advantage.
