Position - Senior Tender Executive Experience - 4 to 8 yrs Salary - 35k to 55k Location - NHPC : Gems portal experience mandatory. Search tenders Prepare project sales or Waste water management or Tank, Green Hydrogen from start to finish Collaborate on e-tendering processes through Gem Portal Manage bidding process from submission to award Manage product pairing and catalog listing on the GeM portal.Coordinate with OEMs for Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAF), technical datasheets, pricing support, and other required documentation. Prepare technical and commercial bids , compliance sheets, and all other necessary tender documentation.
Monitor corrigendums, clarifications, and respond appropriately. Manage post-order processes including order fulfillment, invoice submission, and contract handling on the GeM portal.
