Whether over the phone or at one of our walk-in centres, your role is to guide people through one of the most important journeys of their lives — finding a life partner — and help them make the most of our premium offerings.

What You’ll Do • Call prospective customers from provided leads and pitch relevant Shaadi.com premium services • Convert free members to paid members by following our proven sales process • Update call notes, follow-ups, and call outcomes in the system in real time • Follow up with potential leads and track conversions with persistence and care • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call volumes, talk time & revenue targets • Handle walk-ins (if assigned)
