Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls or field inbound inquiries from potential buyers.
- Provide customers with accurate information.
- Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently. Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required. Pitch products, explain features, and highlight special offers. Answer client questions and overcome objections. Close sales and process customer purchase orders. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.
