The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, following up, converting prospects, and achieving assigned sales targets. Candidates applying for the Team Lead position will additionally be responsible for managing and guiding a telesales team.

Key Responsibilities Tele Sales Executive Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Generate and qualify leads through effective communication. Explain products/services and handle customer queries. Follow up with interested prospects and work towards conversions. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.





Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate . Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply for Tele Sales roles. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with outbound calling and working in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be preferred. Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn. For the Team Lead position, prior experience in telesales and team handling will be preferred.
