We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecalling Executive to handle outbound calls and communicate with customers effectively. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, basic computer knowledge, and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients. Explain products, services, offers, or company information clearly. Follow up with leads and existing customers. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Update customer information in company systems. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information. Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
Prepare basic daily calling reports.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
