We’re looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller with excellent communication skills who can also manage our Social Media Platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, enquiries & follow-ups
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & other social media platforms
- Create and publish basic social media content
- Handle comments, messages & customer engagement
- Support online promotion and brand activities
Requirements
- Prior experience in Telecalling / Customer Handling / Social Media Management
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Positive knowledge of social media platforms
- Confident, positive & customer-friendly personality
- Good follow-up and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
