- Tele caller - Personal Loans Business Unit: Lending Service Provider (LSP) Business Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office) Experience: 1 - 3 years in tele calling / tele sales, in Personal Loans in fintech or NBFC Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: Innopay Technologies' Lending Vertical operates as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) offering Personal Loan products in partnership with various banks & NBFCs. We are looking for energetic Telecallers to drive loan conversions by engaging customers across the loan journey from marketing-generated leads to journey drop-offs and database calling.

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers who drop off at various stages of the Personal Loan application journey, understand reasons for drop-off, resolve queries, and assist them in completing their application.
- Handle and convert inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns within defined turnaround times.
- Make outbound calls on assigned databases to generate interest and qualified leads for Personal Loan products.
- Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, fees, and documentation requirements clearly and accurately.
- Guide customers step-by-step through the digital loan application journey, including KYC and document submission.




- Follow up systematically with prospects and maintain accurate call dispositions in the CRM/dialer system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for connects, conversions, and disbursals.
- Adhere to call quality standards, scripts, and all regulatory and compliance guidelines • Share customer feedback and drop-off insights with product and marketing teams to improve funnel conversion.

Required Skills &

Qualifications

- 1 - 3 years in telecalling / telesales, in Personal Loans in fintech or NBFC • Fluency in any 3 of: English, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Good understanding of personal loans- eligibility, KYC, credit bureau basics • Comfortable working with dialers, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
- Target-driven attitude with the discipline to handle high call volumes.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
