Telecaller (Education Sales & Outreach)

About Us

Calcutta Drone Academy is a training institute under Pixroot Technologies Pvt. Ltd. that provides professional drone training programs for students, engineers, and working professionals.

Our academy focuses on practical, hands-on drone training in areas such as aerial surveying, GIS mapping, drone inspections, and industrial drone applications. We have also conducted training programs for organizations such as the Army and government departments.

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, education counseling, or sales.

The role involves handling student inquiries, converting leads into course enrollments, and reaching out to educational institutions such as engineering colleges, ITI institutes, and training centers.

Candidates with experience in training institutes, coaching centers, EdTech companies, or education counseling will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from students interested in our drone training courses
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company




- Explain course details and guide students through the enrollment process
- Convert leads into confirmed student enrollments
- Contact engineering colleges, ITI institutes, and polytechnic colleges for training program opportunities
- Maintain lead records using Excel or CRM tools
- Assist with social media posts and online lead generation activities
- Visit colleges or clients within Kolkata when required
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and enrollment targets

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Education Counseling, or Sales
- Experience in training institutes, coaching centers, or EdTech companies preferred
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
- Comfortable speaking with students, parents, and institutional representatives
- Basic knowledge of Excel and social media platforms
- Willing to travel locally for college visits when required

Salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives
