We are looking for a Call Coordinator responsible for handling customer calls, coordinating with internal teams, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up. The candidate should have good communication and coordination skills and be able to handle customer queries professionally. Hindi is Added Advantage for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service requirements.
- Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and service activities.
- Maintain accurate call and customer records.
- Respond to customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Follow up on pending requests and ensure proper closure.
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly call and coordination reports.
Required Skills
- Hindi language is Added Advantage – good verbal communication required.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
