Job Title: Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive Company: Svvayam (svvayam.com) Role Overview We are looking for a explicit, convincing Telecaller to reach out to provided leads, introduce Svvayam’s offerings, and schedule meetings for our business development team. This role is strictly focused on cold/warm calling and booking appointments—no closing or sales target conversions required.
Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Contact potential clients using pre-sourced lead lists.
Pitching: Briefly present Svvayam’s value proposition to spark interest.
Meeting Scheduling: Identify key decision-makers and secure confirmed calendar slots for our specialists.
Data Management: Record call outcomes, update contact details, and log scheduled appointments in the CRM/tracker. Follow-ups:
Send reminders and follow up with leads to ensure high attendance for scheduled meetings.
Requirements Clear communication and articulate speaking skills. Prior experience in telesales, cold calling, or appointment setting preferred. Ability to handle rejections and maintain a persuasive tone. Basic proficiency with spreadsheets or CRM software.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
