– Business Development Executive (Real Estate Sales)
Job Location: H-20, Unit 302, Sector 63, Noida, Near Canon
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month + Incentives
Monthly Target: Minimum 1 Sale
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert real estate leads into customers.
- Handle calls, follow-ups, and client queries.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Coordinate and assist with client site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Achieve the monthly target of 1 successful sale.
