- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and service management teams to facilitate issue resolution and improve service delivery.
- Lead efforts to document and update knowledge base articles to support efficient troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor operational stability and implement Requests for Change to enhance system performance and reliability. Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong understanding of incident and problem management processes within complex IT environments.
- Experience in creating and managing Requests for Change and maintaining comprehensive knowledge base documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Skilled in monitoring system performance and implementing solutions to ensure operational stability.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies used in service management and operational support.
