Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and ensuring that updates to knowledge resources are accurate and helpful for troubleshooting. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, focusing on analyzing issues and driving effective resolutions to support business continuity and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.




- Lead efforts to document processes and update knowledge base articles to enhance team efficiency.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in FinOps Operating Model.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Architecture.
- Strong understanding of operational stability principles and incident management processes.
- Ability to create and implement Requests for Change effectively within complex environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges.
- Skilled in maintaining and updating knowledge base documentation to support troubleshooting activities.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in FinOps Operating Model.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
