Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions across Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, and Power sectors . The role requires strong domain expertise, product management skills, and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI products that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Define AI product strategy, roadmap, and business cases aligned with organizational goals.
n
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI/ML and GenAI use cases across manufacturing, renewable energy, and utility operations.
n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, data scientists, engineers, and architects to drive product development.
n
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, requirements gathering, MVP development, deployment, and value realization.
n
- Drive Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, KPI tracking, and stakeholder communication.
n
- Ensure successful adoption, change management, and continuous enhancement of AI solutions.
n

Required Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's/Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
n
- 7–10 years of experience in Product Management.
n
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions in Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Power, or Utilities.
n
- Robust understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, Industrial IoT, Analytics, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
n
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing cross-functional teams.
