Business Development & Sales Manager Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to manage existing vendor accounts, develop new business relationships, and generate new sales opportunities for the company. The role will focus on expanding the vendor network, bringing in recent job positions, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and vendors.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing vendor accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
Identify and onboard new vendors and clients to expand the company's business network.
Generate new job positions and sales opportunities through business development activities.
Conduct regular outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify potential business opportunities.
Negotiate business terms and establish long-term partnerships with new vendors.
Identify opportunities to increase the number of positions received from existing accounts.




Maintain accurate records of vendor contacts, requirements, and business activities.
Provide regular updates to management on current accounts, positions, pipeline, and business growth.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, staffing, or recruitment sales.
~ Strong experience in client/vendor relationship management.
~ Proven ability to generate new business and acquire new accounts.
~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
~ Ability to work independently and achieve business development targets.

Preferred Experience
Experience working with staffing/recruitment vendors or clients .
Existing network of vendors, clients, or business partners is a plus.
Experience generating new job requirements and managing multiple accounts.
Experience in the US staffing/recruitment industry is preferred.
