Role Overview

n

We are looking for a motivated Presales Associate with 1–2 years of experience to support our business development and proposal management initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of the presales lifecycle, opportunity identification, market research, and sales support activities. Candidates with a technical educational background (2025–2026 graduates) and exposure to sales, business development, or market research are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Support the end-to-end presales process by coordinating with sales and technical teams.
n
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, customers, and industry trends.
n
- Assist in identifying and qualifying opportunities through various procurement portals and client websites.
n
- Develop and maintain opportunity trackers, sales pipelines, and forecasting reports.
n
- Gain a basic understanding of the Capture Management process and support opportunity planning.
n
- Assist in maintaining sales forecasts and pipeline reports for leadership review.
n
- Coordinate with solution architects and SMEs for gathering technical and commercial inputs.
n
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations,



capability documents, and RFI/RFP responses.
n
- Maintain accurate documentation of opportunities, client interactions, and proposal submissions.
n
- Monitor procurement portals for new business opportunities and relevant updates.
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission of proposals.
n
- Continuously research industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
n

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of the Presales lifecycle and business development process.
n
- Basic knowledge of Capture Management and Sales Forecasting concepts.
n
- Good market research and analytical skills.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
n
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
n
- Willingness to learn proposal management and government procurement processes.
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
n
- 2025–2026 graduates with internship or professional experience in Sales, Market Research, Business Development, or Presales are encouraged to apply.
n
- Exposure to CRM tools, procurement portals, or proposal management will be an added advantage.
