Roles & Responsibilities :

Social Media Management

n

- Manage and grow company social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
n
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
n
- Plan and publish posts, reels, stories, carousels, and promotional campaigns.
n
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build community relationships.
n
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.

Content Creation

n

• Create high-quality short-form videos, reels, graphics, carousels, and social media creatives.

n

• Shoot and edit engaging content for social media platforms.

n

• Write compelling captions, hooks, and content copy.

n

• Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates.

n

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and business teams to execute campaigns.

n

Branding & Growth

n

• Build brand awareness and improve online presence.

n

• Generate creative campaign ideas for product launches,



promotions, and events.

n

• Identify opportunities for organic growth and audience engagement.

n

• Conduct competitor analysis and trend research.

n

Required Skills

n

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

n

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.

n

• Solid video editing and storytelling skills.

n

• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.

n

• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.

n

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.

n

• Portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, reels, graphics, and content projects.

n

• Experience working with marketing agencies, startups, or digital brands.
