We help buyers, sellers, owners, builders, and agents through verified listings, free property tools, AI-powered property search, WhatsApp-native inquiries, OTP-based phone reveal, and an Agent Marketplace with verification and response-time badges.

We are looking for an energetic field sales executive who can build AVnester's on-ground presence across Coimbatore.

Your Rolen

This role has three clear responsibilities:

n

Bring listings. Onboard customers. Onboard agents.

Key Responsibilities1. Bring Property Listingsn

You will visit Coimbatore localities daily, including Saravanampatti, Peelamedu, Vadavalli, Kalapatti, Singanallur, Thudiyalur, Vilankurichi, and Kovaipudur.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Identifying For Sale / To Let boards, plot signages, builder sites, and owner-listed properties.
n
- Meeting property owners and explaining how AVnester can help them list and reach serious buyers.
n
- Helping owners upload their first listing on the spot, including photos, price, area, locality, and ownership proof.
n
- Following up through WhatsApp until the listing is verified and goes live.
n

2. Onboard Buyers and Sellersn

You will sign up buyers and sellers from the localities you visit, builder sites, and inbound leads.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Walking users through the AVnester app and website.
n
- Explaining property search in Tamil and English.
n
- Helping users save searches,



send WhatsApp inquiries, and use OTP-based phone reveal.
n
- Converting active users into paid members.
n
- Stepping in on WhatsApp when buyer inquiries are unanswered for more than 2 hours to keep the lead warm.
n

3. Onboard Real Estate Agentsn

You will identify and meet independent agents and small broker firms across Coimbatore.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Pitching the AVnester Agent Marketplace.
n
- Explaining verified badges, response-time score, lead dashboard, and direct WhatsApp inquiries.
n
- Setting up agent profiles.
n
- Helping agents upload their first 5 listings.
n
- Explaining credits, boost packs, and follow-up process.
n
- Maintaining a follow-up pipeline, as many agents convert on the second or third visit.
n

KPIsn

By Month 1, you should aim to achieve:

- 30 verified listings added per month
n
- 100 customers onboarded per month
n
- 5 agents onboarded per month
n
- 10 memberships sold per month
n
- WhatsApp follow-up response time under 30 minutes
n

By Month 6, you should aim to achieve:

n

- 80+ verified listings added per month
n
- 300+ customers onboarded per month
n
- 15+ agents onboarded per month
n
- 40+ memberships sold per month
n
- WhatsApp follow-up response time under 15 minutes
n





Required Skillsnn
- Fluent Tamil is mandatory.
n
- Working English is required.
n
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
n
- Valid driving licence is required.
n
- Comfortable riding 4–6 hours a day across Coimbatore.
n
- Smartphone with WhatsApp, Google Maps, and UPI app.
n
- Ability to type in Tamil and English.
n
- Good knowledge of Coimbatore localities, or ability to learn them quickly within the first 2 weeks.
n
- Basic understanding of real estate terms such as DTCP, panchayat approval, plots, and layouts, or willingness to learn fast.
n
- Robust people skills — should be comfortable speaking with property owners, buyers, builders, and agents.
n
- Strong discipline in logging meetings, follow-ups, and daily updates in CRM.
n
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
n

- Background in real estate, construction, field sales, or brokerage.
n
- Coimbatore locals with strong communication skills will be preferred.
