The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-time preparation & compilation of Monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly performance reports and variance analyses. Compilation of budget-related data & preparation of budget.

Ensuring timely posting of period-end entries in the General Ledger.

Responsibilities

- Updating Plant Input/Reports
n
- MIS data preparation & its compilation.
n
- Preparation of working of GIT – Provisions
n
- Preparation of working of Monthly Provision of Power, S&W;, Overheads, Freight & Repairs Maintenance
n
- Preparation of sales working after considering Domestic, Export & IUTA Sales.
n
- Reconciliation of sales.
n
- Ensuring the capturing of prepaid expenses & its allocation.
n
- Preparation of provisions & Review for NPA
n
- Every month trial balance Review
n




- Preparation of Profit & Loss account & Item cost plant-wise.
n
- Preparation of COC & EBITDA monthly
n

Key skills preferred: Product costing, MIS, Book closure, and Financial reporting (preparation of P&L; and BS), Statutory audit support from the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

n

n

n
- Educational Qualification : B.com/M.com, MBA – Finance
n
- Nature of Experience: Have sound knowledge & experience in Accounting, Budgeting & MIS. Operating system expertise - Oracle R12. System expertise - MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
n
- Duration of Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience, preferably in Manufacturing Plants.
