The Technology Analyst will support POS releases, store rollouts, system upgrades, and omnichannel initiatives such as Click & Collect, Unified Returns, Endless Aisle, and Order Fulfilment. The role will collaborate with ERP, POS, Digital Commerce, Integration, and business teams to gather and manage requirements, validate end-to-end business processes, and coordinate functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful solution delivery
Mandatory skills
- ERP-to-POS, digital-commerce, payment, or omnichannel integration experience.
- Exposure to SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Google Cloud Apigee/iPaaS, or comparable integration platforms.
- Experience with omnichannel retail, POS rollouts, system upgrades, or retail transformation initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Postman, or similar API and data-analysis tools.
